Hi. I'm a surgery resident and I'm trying to stay up with an exercise program. I've started running and doing pilates on the exercise ball, but a few times a week i'm on call and have to be in the hospital for a 30 hour shift. Does anyone have a good routine that i can do while i'm at work? I don't have a lot of room or any equipment. I pretty much only have access to a chair, a bed and a little floor space. Also, i can't get too sweaty because i have to be able to see patients whenever i get called. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |
