I also really like Pilates. I have only done video workouts though, no live classes because we are so far from anything like that. |

I love Pilates and incorporate a lot of it even into my non-Pilates abs work. |

Yeah, I had no idea i would like it. My personal trainer that I used to go to weekly had me incorporate just bits and pieces into my workout, and I discovered that was my favorite part of my workout. Right now, I have a busted bone in my foot and can't use it, so I have been just doing Pilates for about a month. the changes are amazing! I didn't believe the hype, but it's worked wonders and I really enjoy it. I do it at home too, lessons are just way too expensive. Once my foot is healed, I am planning to go a few times just to be sure I am getting things correct, but for most part, I am going to continue at home. |

I'm starting pilates today @ my gym, how often do you do your Pilates workouts? I only have time for one class/week. Is that enough? |

Hi :)
I live in Bowie and I took my first Pilates class yesterday at Crofton Yoga (off of 301). It was amazing! They also offer Tai Ch'i and yoga.
