    Topic: most effective weight training ?

Does anyne have any info on which is the most effective weight traiing o tone and gan moderate strength? Is it an all areas routine 2-3 days a week or split training over the week eg " back and biceps monday 3X 3 sets, then chest and triceps wed etc. Any advice would be great.

I think either method would work - it depends what you enjoy doing. If you like circuit training more than hit the gym for a hour 4 days a week or more and do a one hour circuit with several different weight exercises thrown in and go non-stop for an hour. If you want to break it up then hit different body parts on different days. In the end it depends on what you really like to do as that's what you will stick with in the long run. You'll get yourself into shape either way as long as you have consistency and put forth good effort in each workout.
