How can I create a machine version of some of the workouts (ex biangular pulldown(machine), vs lat pulldown)? any ideas? I would love to be able to type in the workout/or edit it.

you may want to post in the bug/fixes section so that Chris (webmaster) will see the post and he can advise.

Easy!

In the Strength Workout section click on Customise > Custom Exercises.

Then click on Add Custom Exercise, add a category and fill out the rest!

Just make sure that you go back into the Strength Training > Preferences and tick the exercise else it won't show up.
