TJ checking in, did perty good on the exercise I only missed two days. Will do all six this week and focus more on the food part. Did not lose any weight nor did I gain. So this week will focus on the combination of both. Have a good week. tj

This week I thought I would not get very much done because of the busy week-end. I was able to run on the treadmill at the hotel twice and lift weights once while I was there. I did a lot of walking at the tournament that I was at, so I estimated the distances and times. I forgot to weigh myself, but I didn't do very well with the food choices this week-end, there was a lot of eating out at the tournament, and a lot of starbucks coffee!

I hope everyone has a great week...

Tammie

1) 25 pound weight loss -

I gained 2.4 pounds. Seven week total is 15.4.

2) In Home Walk 6 days a week, at least 2 x per day -

Met.

3) Add extra steps at work (5 days a week) -

Met.

4) Drink 96 oz or more of water a day -

Met.

5) Have 1 day a week where I take it easy, say 6 miles or less - and NOT because I'm in pain.

I've decided to work this goal as needed - a 10 mile a day average is very good for me.

6) Continue to attend WW (Monday night weigh ins).

Met.
