Hey Trent...WAY TO GO. I lost 1/2 lb of the 2 lbs I wanted to lose. I did eat a few treats this week and am so happy I still lost 1/2 lb. Must be the walking that is helping me not to gain. I need to get control again because I still want to lose 5 lbs by Christmas. So my goal this week... 2.5 lbs. Hey Trent.. can you give us the formula for figuring out what the % of weight loss is. Guess I could figure out, just don't want to work that hard on a Sunday morning. LOL Thanks!! |

Thanks Trent for the formula. I thought Chris had mentioned posting pics as something he would be working on. I also think it would be fun. I loved seeing the difference on Biggest Loser. I taped it and plan on watching it throughout the winter for motivation. Those women looked incredible at 145... that is my goal also. What incentive!!! |

Hi all, Tj checking in I had a lousy week. After reading all your posts, they have made me feel great. I am not going to give up. I will be alright as long as you guys keep encourgeing me. I gained 1-lb. My goal for this week will be 2-3lbs and exercise at least 5 hours. Next week I will get back to the 25 mile challenge. tj |
