Hey Lee,
I had a problem with the battery life and took it back into where I bought it. It took ages as they had to send it away but in the end that just gave me a new one. As yours should still be under warrenty I suggest you get it in a.s.a.p. I did try and get them to loan me one while mine was away but no luck they did not see it as a life emergency! This probably hasn't helped much. Merrilee |

My iPod also froze on me, froze my computer too, and I took it to the Åpple store and they gave me a replacement iPod free of charge. |
