I just had a super-great experience ordering through a csr named Dani. She was outstanding! I had a question on a product. She went back to the warehouse, got the product, took it out of the box and sent me pictures with her cell phone on my cell to answer it. I was just really happy with her and the support. Haven't received the product yet but it's enroute :)
