I'm interested in hearing what the veteran triathletes have to say about using a run/walk strategy in training and on race day in triathlons of olympic distance or greater. I picked this up training for marathons (running 5 minutes and walking one), and I'm still using it for triathlons. Any comments? I'm a back-of-the-packer, but I'm not sure that really matters. |
