My department doesn't have a wellness program in place and we are looking to get something started. Wonder what you guys use and if there are any specific DVD's for exercise for firefighters specific tasks for the job? |

I would speak with the Williston Fire Department in Vermont, ask for Tim Gerry and he can give you some information on what their department does for fitness and working out. |
