Hey Norcal locals...looking for some coaching in the near future. As i round into decent shape finally, I am looking for more specific trainig for some long range goals. Part of my criteria for a coach would be somewhat affordable (I know wishful thinking)obviously local and someone with a wealth of knowledge.
