Anyone have any ideas for someone who is constantly hungry? I try to eat portioned amounts spread throughout the day, but I am never full. Water doesn't seem to help either. I wonder if I just have a bottomless pit for a stomach? Or if I'm missing something along the way.... |

I am the SAME way! This is what I do. If you love fruits and vegetables this should be easy for you. For breakfast I eat 1/3 eggbeaters, light wheat toast with spray butter and black coffee. For morning snack I have a serving of raw carrots, then an hour later have a high fiber granola bar. Then there's lunch, Smart Ones or Lean Cuisine meal, plus a green salad with light dressing under 60 cals., then around 2:00 i have some type of fruit (i like to buy those frozen bags of fruit at the grocery). A cup of that takes off the sugar cravings, then once I get home around 5:00, I have a glass of skim milk while I cook a low cal dinner. Either baked, broiled or grilled something. Plus steamed veggies.
If all that sounds too much, sorry, I tried. It works for me. |

I love the Kellogs Protein water. Its a packet and you mix it with your water. It has protein and fiber, tastes great and helps to keep you full. |

I agree with David.
Don't worry about being constantly hungry - it's not a bad thing.
You have a very complex body that requires a lot of energy.
Be conscious of everything you snack on and sit down and eat.
Eat several small meals throughout the day. Eating often is NOT bad for you, eating A LOT often can be dangerous though. Keep water with you at all times, have little bags of nuts and grains handy (nuts have lots of protein and both grains and nuts keep your tummy satisfied). Make sure you get lots of fiber in your diet so that everything you're taking in, is being put out in a timely manner. |
