||For those of you considering the Challenge...it's not too late or too early to join in. We debated on holding off till the new year but figured our group really is about progress, not perfection...going for life long health and fitness. It's not just about losing weight but for some it could be for maintaining and for others [dare I say it?], gaining weight. It's about achieving goals you set for yourself and encouraging others. We break it down into smaller chunks of time in order to acheive shorter term goals or achieve consistency (in eating, drinking, training, movement, taking vitamins, whatever!).
