I just wanted to use this thread for people to put up your favorite podcasts for Diet and exercise. My favorites are:
Motivation to move (Scott motivates you to work out and keep on track if you don't mind the sales pitch). 30min show once a week
Dr. Susan Mitchell(Nutrition expert) 15mins show once a week
FitGirl (Kira just got started in October with fitness podcasts and has some great Nutrition and exercise advise along with a dvd set on videocast). series of 30min-1hr shows

Some of these require a video Ipod they are short 1-5 mins videos on exercise.
