Hi Everyone,
This is my first month using FJ and noticed no one had posted anything on iTrain. It is such a great motivator for me, I had to give a plug for it. Does anyone else use this?
I am getting back into a better exercise regemin and trying to lose about 20 pounds. I did the iTread outdoors today on a trail run, and it really keeps you going. I'm excited to try the others.
Just curious if anyone else uses this, or if you have other standard motivational/training audio programs you run or exercise with?
Glad to be here,

Julia,
Good for you on working to loose 20 pounds! I am sure you can do it. I haven't tried iTrain. I assume I can get them from itunes? How does it work?
I do run with the nike + and find it very helpful, mostly because I don't have to worry about measuring out distances to run, and can run anywhere I want.
Music is my motivation when I run. My goal this year is to run the mile in the time of Meat Loaf, Paradise by the Dash Board Light (boy, that song dates me!), an 8 min something song. I figure that is a neat way to reach a goal time. Pick a song you like and is the right length and go for it.

I've never heard of the iTrain either but it sounds interesting. I'd like to know more. Also, Jim, I have a video iPod and I haven't been able to find anywhere that says if I can use the nike+ with it. Everything just says the nano. I'd love to use it if it's compatible with my iPod. Do you know if it is and if not, why?

Jim, never mind about that question. I read some of the older posts and found my answer. Julie, still interested in iTrain. Thanks!
