Mine's not recording hr data...keeps showing me at 00 but I'm pretty sure I've got a pulse. Records when I attach to clothing near the strap. Foot pod records fine. What needs a battery please?

The back of the watch needs a new cr2520 or some number like that. Fairly easy to change yourself. Get the batteries at Wal-Mart. |

Sometimes if the strap isn't making good contact with your skin, it will show 00. You might could dab a little water on the strap and see if that helps any.
Of course if you were like me and started to sweat when you blinked your eyes you wouldn't have that problem.
Hey I think Sharon is getting me a Garmin 305 for Christmas. If I can be sneaky I might even use it for the marathon 11 days before I'm supposed to....hee hee.
