How would you log a Workout Challenge class that is like a bootcamp w/ running (more sprint than distance), jumping jacks, lunges, core work, etc... ? I don't quite know how to categorize this because it really utilizes many of the exercises that FJ has listed in the settings. Thanks in advance. |

Hi Kim. I did a bootcamp class and had similar questions. Here's what I decided: I logged it as aerobics but logged my running distance seperately without a time listed (so I wouldn't count it twice). There's no perfect way since the classes usually incorporate a few different things like core, warmup or cooldown, moving/running and strength. Or, sometimes, I'd calculate the amount of time spent on each segment and log them each separately instead of logging it as a class. It just depended on how the class went and how much I felt like logging. I hope this helps a little! Beverly |

thanks... I did an outside bootcamp class today that I divided into running and aerobics. I wore the Heart Monitor and made separate entries into my workout journal. |
