Would it be possible to create a method of tracking or graphing the weight used in strength exercises, also i think the journal is geared more towards distance athletes rather than strengh. The strengh programme is a little ireverent for regular bodybuilders which is a shame because the rest of the journal is fantastic

I think that it is ridiculous that this is not a feature. The only reason I purchased this site was for tracking my weight lifting history. I am going to request my money back!! |

I just started the program yesterday, and this is the first thing that I noticed as well. Although my overall goal is to lose weight, I would like to see some sort of strength chart. |

If you haven't, click on Support button top right of page and fill out a feature request. I think Chris is pretty good about updating features. |

I have made 2 requests to Chris for this to be added. Maybe if we alldo the same he will add it in. |
