Continue to drink your water. After the initial water loss your body will fight to keep itself hydrated. By drinking your water you will allow your body to release more.

Also, for a quick loss try the low carbo diet by eliminating your sugar and starches including bread and potatoes. Increase your protein with lean meat such as deli turkey. Eating cheese helps here. Count your carbs and keep them under 25g per day.
