By popular request, you can now track off days in your journal. We have options available for rest day, vacation, medical, sick day, and injury. To access these options, just go to the settings menu and check off the activities you would like to track. |

Wow...this is great! With my fibromyalgia, it'd be nice to track the impact when I have a flare-up and need downtime in the same place that I track the fitness tracking. Should be a motivator to rest quickly and get back to the fitness that will help the FMS be more under control.
Thanks Chris! |

I've just made another modification that will display your "off" days in a different color on the calendars making it really easy to see at-a-glace your on VS off days. Thanks to many of you for suggesting this. |

My day off is still the same colour as the other workouts, Chris. Am I doing something wrong? Also, if we plan a day of rest, is it supposed to be a different colour (the planner for days off doesn't have the options, btw, for rest, vacation, etc). Finally, is there a way we can save days off as part of our regular workouts? You know, like when we can personalize and save them to access? |
