A commonly requested feature regarding the ranking chart is the ability to message someone who has their sharing on right from the chart. I've built the pop-up messaging feature that you are used to seeing in the discussion groups and friends lists right into the ranking charts. As long as someone has their sharing on, you will be able to message them. Anyone who does not have sharing enabled, will show an in active message balloon.
Next on the list: modify the messaging window to include a checkbox that will add this individual to your own friends list just by selecting a friends list option right from the pop-up box. This is in development and will appear globally for all pop up message boxes. Enjoy! |

Chris,
I have sharing on but on the top 250 chart but it shows as inactive? I checked the friends section and it's on there too. Am I missing something?

I need to clarify this a bit more. You can't send a message to yourself, which is why it turns gray, however everyone else will see this as yellow. I may just have this remove the icon completely if its your own line. |

Update: The share balloon does not display for your own record. If you have sharing on, other people will see your share balloon, if your sharing is off, your share balloon will be inactive. |
