We are in the middle of a 12 week challenge now, but by all means feel free to join in. Many others do just that. Read through some of the threads. Hey Pam -
Welcome back to exercising. You may want to see if you can find others around your area who can become exercise partners. We have about 6-8 people out here that I exercise with and, amazingly, our numbers for the year look similar. (Which is higher than when I go alone.)
You can use the scheduler in your workout journal to pre enter workouts. This is a great way to stay with it. Have Sacred exercise time where you simply do not schedule anything over it. Tell you friends and family that this is what you do during that time, so they should not expect much from you other than that.
