Is there a place to log you total steps taken during the day? I ran this morning and got a bunch and kept my pedometer on during the day and got some more. Just don't know what everyone does as far as recording their steps.

Thanks

Hey Bob,

I am fairly new to this but I have found that I can log my steps by choosing WALKING as an exercise in my "routine." You do this by going into the settings tab and choosing walking, once this is set up, there is a location that you can put in the number of steps taken while doing this exercise. I cannot see why you could not choose this and enter your total steps there.

I take 5-7 minutes each hour to walk around the atrium at my office. I make several laps in this time span, I too, wear a pedometer and I log my total daily steps there. I usually show about an hour of walking time in this same category.

I hope this helps.

I prefer not to log steps since they probably just wash out the calories I'm not recording! LOL! I'm new. Hi.

Glenda,

You can turn on your sharing by going to the Settings tab at the top and then people can send you messages directly. You may see the little yellow bubble by peoples names. Click on that and you get a window to type your messgae to someone. You can also see who has their sharing turned on and add them to your friends list. Then you can track their progress and give and get encouragement.

Also, to find the 12 week challenge, go to the Discussion tab and click on it. When it lists all the different topics look in the middle at the top of the screen and you will see MOST RECENT POSTS. Click that button and you can see the latest entries without going through each topic and finding what you are looking for. Right now I believe the 12 week challenge is listed 3rd and states 9th Week of the 12 Week Challenge.

Hope that helps.

Jim
