Hey Everyone - just started using FitnessJournal - logging in from India - looks like a really good place to input and view all the workout info - dont know how the entire thing works yet - specially the friends section - do let me know if there are any ways to improve the experience in this site |

Welcome on board Uday! Fitness Journal is a wonderful tool to help you with your fitness/ wellness goals. My first suggestion is to look around the site and start out slow with the basics ie record your vital stats; log your workouts; look and see what other folks are doing as a guide; turn on your sharing; maybe join the 12 week challenge eventhough it is underway; check out the Gary v Gerry challenge; and do what is good for you!

Thanks Gerry - thanks for replying to my post - I have been looking around the site and its very exciting to see ones progress pop up as a graph - Im just filled with glee when I see that - lol - I will try and join the 12 Week challenge but at the moment Im not sure how to do it - But Ill figure it out.

Thanks for responding to us new users and offering encouragement. I am wondering, though, where do I find info regarding the 12 Week challenge? I see other people's discussions, but am not sure where the "Directions" are. Thanks for your help!

The 12 week challenge is under weight loss, though, I think it's more about fitness and challenge. You will have to keep an eye on the posts to see when they start the 12 weeks. I'm sure if you place a post(any time) and ask when they start, along with your other questions the others will jump in. Good luck and enjoy! Vickie |
