Hello everyone - I'm in Dublin too - hello Hannah! Training for the NYC Marathon in 34 days time. Training has been mixed but loving this website.
So Kay do you play golf at all? Been up your part of the world playing a few times - its a very pretty area. What kind of training do you do? |

Well, I'm from Rochester, Minnesota, in the states. Rochester is named after Rochester in the UK. We are known for the Mayo Clinic. Doctor Mayo came from Ireland. Does this count :)

I am from Worcester in the UK. I have spent a lot of time working in your beautiful country over the years, mainly on the West Coast and the Highlands (Oban to Pitlochry and up to Ullapool) Hope to be there this summer.
Yes great site, I have just come from the gym after running a 5k in 32 mins! (not great I know but getting better)

hello people
I'm from Newark in Nottinghamshire and I've only just joined the site today. I'm an early morning runner and have been for a 3mile run this morning. I'm hoping to lose a couple of stone in weight (have already lost about that much but could do with losing some more!). Haven't entered for any races as the thought of coming last isn't encouraging - my partner says that if I think I'm going to come last, any further forward will be a great boost!! |
