Too and also to. Curves. But I know with curvesmart the computer tells you each day the number of calories burned. Hope that helps.

The calories burned should be different for everybody. It's based on weight, age, etc. I don't know if Curves has some sort of calculator you can put your statistics in or not, but everyone burns calories at a different rate/amount. |

I'm buying the local curves here in my area. I have been studying fitness and nutrition and taking course to be Certified Personal Trainer. When I learned about Curves being sold I jumped on it. I am so excited. Any exercise you do burns different amount of calories for different people. I wear a heart rate monitor for each and every workout. It is based on heart rate, weight, length of time, how hard you are working. I truly recommend heart rate monitors for everyone and everything if you want accurate tracking. |
