I am in Carson City and have been doing the fitness journal for about a month. I was looking for some friends online who do it to help keep me motivated. I don't know about anyone else, but, seeing someone else make progress helps me. Let me know if anyone is interested. I know that people post challenges for each other also so if you have ideas let me know please! |

Nice to meet you! I too am new to the forum aspect of Fitness Journal. I'm happy to be your friend and help to keep you motivated. I'm from Melbourne Australia, so if you can deal with online encouragement and support, then I'm in.
I've just joined something on the forum called the 12 week challenge. There are only 4 weeks to go, but I've joined for the last 4. It's under Weight Loss/ Support and Encouragment. Have a look and see if you're interested.

Hi Kate...join in! The 12 week challenge begins anew each 12 weeks. People's goals are as simple as eating more healthily (is that a word?) or moving a couple times a week. It is a personal challenge and you'll find there a group of wonderfully supportive people who become your friends. See you there!! Beverly |

Hello Kate and other new friends. I am new here too. I used to work out every day, but since I retired I have become lazy and I know that is the worst thing I can do. I need the assistance of all of you. We can help each other stay motivated. |
