Hello fellow FJ's:
I have looked everywhere on this site to find the answer to this prior to making a thread, but I have had no luck.
In the detailed food journal, once I hit a certian limit in something, such as protein, my intake amount for the day changes to the color green and every thing else stays black. Why? Does this mean I am eating too much or it, or am I on target, or is that the daily amount for the day and I should stop eating it?
Sugars: 35g
Fiber: 17g
Protein: 74g <-----(green)
Total Fat: 17.9g
Can someone explain this?
Thank you very much. |

I can't answer your question, Amber, but I would like to know, too. I understand that red means stop/too much, such as cholesterol/sodium, which I've seen a couple of times, but I don't know about green. |

That is still helpful because I have never seen red. So I must have to assume that Red is stop and Green is go/good. It must be so easy that it is complicated. HA HA
Thank you for your feed back. |

From what I have learned, when you hit the proper amounts of good stuff like protein and fiber- it changes to green. When you pass limits of bad stuff- such as sodium it gives you red. I think it is a great feature. |
