I routinely eat the same things for breakfast. Is there a way

I can call a food something such as "standard Breakfast" and include everything I normally eat at breakfasat?

Enter that "standard breakfast" in my food journal so I don't have to select every food every day??

thanks

Anne

You can go to Add a Custom Food. Just total up all the calories, etc. I did that with Morning Star Sausage & Egg Beaters. Just name it whatever you want.

Hope this helps.

But why can't the food journal include a copy feature like the planned workout page does where you can copy over an entire day's worth of food entries, and then edit if you need to for small changes in certain meals. I eat pretty much the same thing for Breakfast, Morning Snack, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, and Evening Snack every day (especially during the week), the only thing that usually changes is my dinner. This would make it much easier to enter and tweak your food journal entries.

Sorry - if you are looking for what I meant by the "copy" feature on the planned workout page, it is under the Strength Training tab, and it makes it very easy to set up workouts without having to reinvent the wheel every time.

Copy feature would be nice in all journals.
