Hi Amy,
I am 38 and had my second child 4 years ago. I continued running throughout my pregnancy. I ran 5 km every second day...even ran the night I delivered (albeit much slower than at the beginning!). I found that I had more energy and less mechanical back pain when I was active. I felt great. I didn't gain as much as with my first pregnancy and it was easier to get active postpartum. Have fun and keep the intensity down. |

Hi everyone,
I am 5 weeks pregnant and have previously been doing the Body For Life (3 weights & 3 Spin sessions per week). This week I've been so very fatigued and tired. Not hungry though which is bad as I have had no appetite which isn't conjusive to exercise.
Am going to try to step back into it as of next week so I will have had 7 days off.
Not sure if anyone visits this section anymore as it seems it's been quite for a loooooong time.
:)
