Hi - the dial on the home page that tells you how many calories you have burned in the last ten days. How do I get the weight loss number to be in metric? I have my Settings as metric but this keeps telling me the approx weight loss in lbs?

Good point. Glad you brought it up.

Most Canadians measure stuff in pounds however I reference everything in metric.

Cheers

I just renewed my subscription for another two year. and I wanted to share with anyone who looks at this. Accountability works! especially when you are accountable to yourself. I've been on here for nearly 6 years now. I weigh 22 pounds less than when I began. Now how many folks do you know who can say they weigh less than they did SIX years ago? I actually weigh less than I did 14 years ago when I turned 40.
