Great site. I find the charts very motivating. Just wish there was some chart or report for calories consumed. For six weeks now I've been working hard to enter all the food I've eaten and calculate the calories, but there is no good way to review the information. I'm wondering if I should stop keeping track of what I eat, b/c it doesn't really help me make progress. I really like the 52-week graphs, so one for calories consumed on a weekly basis would be great . Alternatively, maybe a report, like the new workout reports. My least favorite graph is the weight/bodyfat/sleep graph, but something like that would be better than nothing for the calories. OK, I need a chart to keep me from eating all those tiramius I really want to eat ... :) |
